Throttling Loss Energy-Regeneration System Based on Pressure Difference Pump Control for Electric Forklifts

چکیده

At present, the hydraulic systems of electric forklifts and traditional internal combustion are mostly valve-controlled speed-regulation systems, which have large throttling losses potential energy waste. To further improve energy-saving ability forklifts, forklift’s common working conditions analyzed in this paper. A loss energy-regeneration system based on pressure difference pump control is designed, system’s principle described. Aiming to deal with problem that pump−valve compound speed regulation constant could not realize high controllability saving at same time, a strategy for variable balance proposed. The handle signal positively related target oil cylinder. In low-speed stage, closed-loop actual output torque motor/generator keeps across proportional throttle valve unchanged, adjustment realized by changing opening valve. high-speed area kept unchanged changed achieve speed. Finally, feasibility verified through an AMESim simulation, minimum switching point determined experiments. experiments show efficiency can reach 21.5% under 1 t load. With increase load, be improved.

A new control strategy for energy management in Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles based on Fuzzy Cognitive Maps

In this paper, a new control strategy for energy management in Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs) using Fuzzy Cognitive Map (FCM) is presented. In this strategy, FCM is used as a supervisory control such that the State of Charge (SoC) of the battery is kept in the acceptable range and fuel consumption per kilometer is reduced, in addition to providing the request power. Since this method ...
